I like how the player appears from right to left and fills the whole sig.

The lighting effect around the players head separates him from the darkness of the BG on the left which is good,although I may have used a slightly different color.But I see its been layered over your player.There seems to be just a pinch too much red in the sig for me.

I think its great how you have the font resting on his stick...cool idea.

Overall a great sig,just a reduction in red a little. 6/6

I like the effects used on this one but there a few things that bug me. I am not a fan of the red layering overtop of this. I feel it overpowers the whole sig and really kinda washes his face out. The text could also use some work, I would have probably gone with a more subtle text on the right side around the NA logo and would have tried a different colour for the text.
