Because in reality I should be helping with these cause I'm an old man. But my memory is shitty. In truth, the length of these has grown exponentially for no obvious reasons in the past 10-15 seasons. Really, it's about what the individual accomplished and that's covered by stats, awards, and team record. If nothing "intangible" sticks out in your mind then it's probably not important enough to include anyway. If you took a guy like Incognito, he was quiet (fittingly) so it would be literally how he did in the sim (and really, that's why we inducted him).
