22 games played, Quebec Meute is number one in the league with 38 points. Rather strong start to the year someone could say, we have won 18 of the 22 games so far, scored the most goals and let in the least. I thought it would be quite fun to now list all the teams that are not in the number one position in the league, Reign,Legion, Dynamo,Titans, Bears, Wranglers, Express,Vikings and Americans are names for the teams that are currently found in positions outside the number one position.

 

If I´m completely honest, standings are quite tight at the moment, five teams between 38 and 31 points, so everything is still possible in VHL. If we for example lose next two and teams behind us win, they are really close or even go above us in the standings, so cant afford to take it easy and hope other teams lose, we need to be able to play on a high level from now on as well.

 

As you can maybe guess, on individual statistics you can find Meute players ranked high, Muller and Locke leading the league in points, Locke has scored the most goals, Muller has the most assists, Locke and Maximoff have shot together over 400 times already, Muller and Yu in top-4 for faceoff wins, Apollo Skye dominating the goalie side, number one in GAA, Save percentage and shutouts, so overall we are playing well, that is the hidden message behind this article.
