We're obviously all well aware of great Astrid Moon @The Trollfecta performed in the playoff series this season, helping Helsinki to six game series victories over both Stockholm and Quebec. He recorded a shutout against each of these and also put up great save percentages in both series (.945 against the Vikings, .937 against the Meute) which made him an easy vote for myself for the Playoff MVP award. But how did his series compare to some of the all-time great playoff performances at the goalie position? How does it compare to Greg Clegane's @Victor heroic but ultimately unsuccessful Season 51 playoff campaign where he single-handedly limited the third best regular season record team ever Calgary Wranglers to just 5 goals in a 5 game series? What about Lennox Moher's @CoachReilly great performance in Season 38 that saw him lose just three playoff games? And who can forget the many games of the four time cup winning Hans Wingate? The link above gives game by game breakdowns of the series that mattered (so lol, no Riga series this year!) for some of the best post-expansion playoff performances. So, whose do you think was the best post-expansion playoff performance?
