Kendrick 4,724 Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Is there anyone out there who has wanted to be a VHLM GM but they are not sure exactly how it works or simply don't apply because you don't think you are qualified? I threw my name into the hat for Ottawa but I wanted to take a different approach and simply help someone gain experience in a role like that. I'll promote a quality lockerroom and help you with VHLM rules and things to help make the transition easier. I'm asking because I think we might have some members on the fence about it because they don't think they are qualified or just don't have the knowledge.
