Last year a season with a super team in Ottawa had a 5 mill cap and now this season with yet another super team the limit is much lower? that seems a bit unfair. Nothing's set in stone we might just keep the 5 mill cap now that there's a recruitment drive, I need to discuss with @Banackock.
