You would indeed be S54 if you created meow, and you would indeed be waiting about a month before the trade deadline. The last trade deadline was also about a month ago, so as a VHLMer you "missed out" on a maximum of 40 TPE (that you control getting, anyway). Creating at the deadline is indeed the most TPE efficient time to create, but honestly I wouldn't really sweat the difference in the big picture, especially if you actually plan on maxing out every week. I wouldn't want you to forget about us in the meantime! But it's up to you, I guess we could get Banack to email everyone again at the deadline.
